Originally founded as a sales company by Dipl.-Phys. Matthias
Bittmann, it soon developed into a management consultancy with a
focus on the renewal and reusability of said equipment.
The portfolio includes systems for physical vapor deposition, sputter
deposition, plasma chemical vapor deposition, reactive ion etching
systems, rapid thermal processing as well as photo-lithography (mask
aligner).
The scope of our services and capabilities ranges from the procurement of spare parts and components, upgrading to the latest technology, to complete overhauls.
